General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 — Company Information

JOptimize is a SaaS platform operated by Cristalog, a limited liability company (SARL) registered in Morocco.

Article 2 — Subject

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("GTC") govern access to and use of JOptimize, a software-as-a-service platform providing static analysis, architecture audit, dynamic profiling, and AI-powered code inspection services for Java applications.

By subscribing to a paid plan or using the platform, the customer ("User") accepts these GTC in their entirety.

Article 3 — Plans and Pricing

JOptimize offers the following plans:

  • Free — Free, forever. Limited to 3 analyses per month. No AI features.
  • Pro — €9.99/month — Unlimited analyses, AI summaries, Architecture audit, Live Profiling, Ask Claude (150 calls/month), Stack Insights, PDF export.

Prices are subject to change. The price displayed at checkout is the binding price. EU VAT is handled automatically by our payment provider, Paddle.

Article 4 — Subscription and Payment

The Pro plan is a monthly subscription billed automatically on the same date each month. Payment is processed securely via Paddle. All prices are in Euros (€).

Access to Pro features is granted immediately upon successful payment confirmation. Cristalog does not store payment card information.

Article 5 — Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your billing settings. Upon cancellation, your Pro access remains active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.

After the billing period ends, your account automatically reverts to the Free plan. Your data and analysis history are preserved.

Article 6 — Refund Policy

We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment, no questions asked. To request a refund, contact us at support@joptimize.io.

Refunds for renewal charges are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Article 7 — Service Availability

JOptimize aims to provide continuous availability of the platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. Cristalog is not liable for damages resulting from temporary unavailability.

Article 8 — Disclaimer

JOptimize's analysis results are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for production decisions. Detection rules may produce false positives or false negatives.

Oracle, Java, and related trademarks are the property of Oracle Corporation. JOptimize is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Oracle Corporation.

Article 9 — Data and Privacy

Code submitted for analysis is processed solely for generating the analysis report. JOptimize does not retain source code beyond the analysis session unless explicitly saved by the User.

User account data is stored securely and is not sold or shared with third parties, except as required by law or to process payments via Paddle.

Article 10 — Intellectual Property

The JOptimize platform, its interface, analysis engine, and all associated content are the exclusive property of Cristalog. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

The User retains full ownership of the source code submitted for analysis.

Article 11 — Governing Law

These GTC are governed by Moroccan law. For Users in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection provisions of the User's country of residence also apply.

In the event of a dispute, the parties will first attempt to resolve the matter amicably. Failing that, the competent courts of Morocco shall have jurisdiction.
